Fran Decker has lived in the Florida Keys since 1988. She paints in acrylics and has done so since her teens. Fran has studied under various Keys artists.
She is an avid sailor and diver and holds a U.S.C.G. 50 ton license and operates a charter sailing business with her husband out of the historic Key West Bight. Their boat is called the Double Decker!
