REFUNDS

We Guarantee the quality of our Products and, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will Refund the purchase price of said Product minus Shipping and Handling.  There is NO REFUND on SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE.

SHIPPING POLICY

 Orders received by Key West Conch Traders, Inc. will be shipped in a timely fashion depending on availability of products ordered.  In most cases we ship within 4 business days from the time an order/payment authorization is received.  We ship according to our customer’s directions.  If no shipping method is specified, we use the most cost effective method available.  Special order Items may take up to 2 weeks for Delivery.
