Orders received by Key West Conch Traders, Inc. will be shipped in a timely fashion depending on availability of products ordered.  In most cases we ship within 4 business days from the time an order/payment authorization is received.  We ship according to our customer’s directions.   We can guarantee that we will ship items in a most timely fashion.  We cannot, however, guarantee their arrival once we have put the package in the hands of our carrier, be it UPS or USPS Priority Mail.  Please keep this in mind when placing your order and allow ample time for delivery.

Special Order Items may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped.  These are noted in our product descriptions.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.  If it appears that shipping your order will be delayed because it is out of stock, you will be notified and given the option of having it placed on back order or of having us issue a refund.

Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
